Nicolás Díaz
Managing Director
Nicolás joined Latinvestco in 2008 and brings broad experience in mergers and acquisitions and financing across multiple sectors. Since 2022, he has served as Managing Director, leading the firm’s strategy and the execution of investment banking mandates. He holds a degree in Business Administration from CESA and an MBA from SDA Bocconi.
Daniela Reyna
Partner
Daniela has been part of Latinvestco since 2011, building a continuous career in investment banking — leading M&A mandates, strategic financial advisory, business valuation, and financing structuring. She has worked with companies across diverse sectors and has been a partner of the firm since 2022, actively participating in strategy definition, leading complex mandates, and managing client and investor relationships.
Hugo Díaz

Founder of Latinvestco in 1992, Hugo brings extensive experience in the Colombian financial sector, having served as President of Banco del Comercio de Colombia and as a board member of various financial and capital markets institutions. His institutional expertise has been instrumental in establishing and developing Latinvestco as an independent investment banking firm.
Miguel Reyna
Senior Partner
Miguel brings an extensive career in the financial and banking sector, having held senior positions at financial institutions in Colombia and internationally.
He joined Latinvestco in 1993 and has been a key contributor to the firm’s investment banking and financing mandates throughout its history.
Jorge Mendoza
Senior Associate
Jorge specializes in investment banking and project structuring, with over 30 years of experience across the financial, infrastructure, energy, hospitality, and healthcare sectors in Latin America.
He has led transactions and structuring processes at financial institutions and investment funds, contributing senior-level expertise to Latinvestco’s engagements.
